Yes we do! We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders of $100 or more to Canadian and US addresses.

All items ship via Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL 2-5 business days after the order is successfully placed unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email notification when you place your order. Items shipped to the US will have tracking information attached. We do our best to ensure prompt delivery but we are not responsible for any mail delays.
Since our products are custom-made for you, we don’t generally accept returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. Please feel free to contact us via email if you have any issues with your order and we will work with you as best as we can.
We don’t have access to your credit or debit card details, bank details, or any other financial data since it’s handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software.
After ordering you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After your order has been processed, your package will leave our warehouse within 2-5 business days.
